Florian's Hostel is in Humaitá, a residential neighbourhood in Rio de Janeiro's South Zone. It is next to Botafogo and close to Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas and Cobal do Humaitá. Your full arrival details and address will also appear in your booking confirmation.

Check-in begins at 2:00pm, and check-out is by 11:00am. If you expect to arrive very early or late, message us before travelling so we can explain the available options.

The simplest option from either Rio airport is normally a registered taxi or ride app. Use the address in your booking confirmation and check live directions before travelling, as journey times depend heavily on traffic. You can also message us for current arrival advice.

Yes. Florian's offers shared dorms and common spaces that make it easy for solo travellers to meet other guests. There is also a women-only dorm for guests who would prefer a shared room reserved for women.
